Hi, I’m Katy.
Friend, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling stuck in your career, trying to get that promotion, or lonely in your leadership role, I get it. I’ve been there myself!
I spent 18 years in my corporate career before launching this business and held roles as a Director, VP, and EVP. But let me tell you, the path to get there was not always smooth! In fact, I spent years feeling frustrated in my role and even debated giving up.
I often felt like I was banging my head against a wall… even though I worked more and tried harder, I still wasn’t getting the result I was looking for (that VP title!).
I finally learned what was holding me back and landed my first VP role. A couple of years later, I was recruited for an EVP position. I had figured it out. And what was even better, my struggles taught me what I needed to do to finally become a VP so I could teach others!
