Module 1: Mindset

Creating the mindset you need for success! It’s important to start with mindset, because that sets you up for everything else. Ever heard that mindset is 80% of success? There’s a lot of truth to this!

  1. The importance of mindset: Why mindset matters for success, Intro to Positive Intelligence framework and gaining self-awareness
  2. Who are you really? Intro to the Authentic self, how to shift your mindset, and tackling Imposter Syndrome and Limiting Beliefs

Module 2: Exec Skills

The first module is all about the inside and figuring out your mindset. This module is about external perceptions – How are you showing up at work? Are you presenting yourself as a senior, strategic leader, and if not, how do you do that?

  1. What makes a great senior leader and how do you showcase these attributes?
  2. How to demonstrate strategic leadership through valuable business insights and demonstrating judgment
  3. Framing, advocating for yourself, and negotiating with success
  4. Applying executive skills with examples and exercises 

Module 3: Habits and Boundaries

The final module is all about turning insights into action! 

  1. Habits: Creating habits for success – how and what
  2. Boundaries: Designing your career around the life you want

In this 2hr workshop you’ll have an opportunity to map out the path to your dream life and career. We’ll work through exercises and a Life Vision tool to help you gain clarity on your life vision, and the steps you need to take to make it a reality.
This exercise has been pivotal to many clients, as many of them have never had this level of clarity into their vision before. Without a clear vision of the life you want, it’s a whole lot harder to create it!

These sessions allow us to deep dive into whatever topics YOU want to explore! If you’re facing a particular challenge at work, we can unpack it. If you want to revisit one of the topics we’ve already covered, we can go deeper. Or if you just have questions you want answered, we can do that too!
The Own Your Seat at the Table workbook will make it easy to keep all of the materials for the program in one place! I don’t know about you, but I often have 3 notebooks on the go, and struggle to remember where I kept those notes from last week….
Your workbook will contain key resources and frameworks from our sessions, so you can easily access them, as well as some reflection and clarity exercises, space to take notes and prompts for journaling.

This program is targeted for women at the Manager, Sr. Manager and Director levels who want to better advocate for themselves and get promoted to the exec table. Ideally you are on your way to senior leadership when you take this program and this will help you get to that next level sooner!
If you’re looking to learn how to be a people manager, skills for job hunting and resume review, this program is not for you. We do talk about the attributes of great senior leaders, but we don’t focus on people management strategies or frameworks.
The masterclass sessions are 90min each, and the group coaching sessions are 2hrs.

A cohort can have up 30 women. I will facilitate small group discussions so each woman has an opportunity to share challenges and wins and get to know each other.

All sessions are recorded and shared with you within 48hrs, so if you miss a session you’re welcome to watch it at your convenience. You’ll have lifetime access to the recordings, so if you really liked a session, you can go back to it again!
I’ve seen some amazing wins from the women in previous group cohorts! Everything from the really big stuff – landing a promotion or their first VP position – to seemingly smaller but important changes like investing in self-care, advocating for oneself or carving out time for strategic thinking and a daily walk.

This program is targeted for women at the Manager, Sr. Manager and Director levels who want to better advocate for themselves and get promoted to the exec table. Ideally you are on your way to senior leadership when you take this program and this will help you get to that next level sooner!
If you’re looking to learn how to be a people manager, skills for job hunting and resume review, this program is not for you. We do talk about the attributes of great senior leaders, but we don’t focus on people management strategies or frameworks.
The masterclass sessions are 90min each, and the group coaching sessions are 2hrs.

A cohort can have up to 30 women. I will facilitate small group discussions so each woman has an opportunity to share challenges and wins and get to know each other.

All sessions are recorded and shared with you within 48hrs, so if you miss a session you’re welcome to watch it at your convenience. You’ll have lifetime access to the recordings, so if you really liked a session, you can go back to it again!
I’ve seen some amazing wins from the women in previous group cohorts! Everything from the really big stuff – landing a promotion or their first VP position – to seemingly smaller but important changes like investing in self-care, advocating for oneself or carving out time for strategic thinking and a daily walk.

To get the most out of the program, ensure you’re taking advantage of all of the resources and putting them into action! Come to all of the sessions live and participate in the discussions. If you’re unclear on how to implement something, ask! And finally, ensure to take what you’ve learned and create action in your day-to-day life based on it. The sessions are important, but implementing what you learn is where you’ll see the real transformation!
