Each week, grab a drink and your workbook and join us on Zoom -no prep required. We start with calming breathwork to help you transition from your day, then dive into that week’s topic with tangible takeaways you can apply immediately.

FAQs

The sessions are all 2 hours.

We keep the groups small so you can have the attention you deserve. Each cohort has a max of 30 women. There are also several opportunities for individual coaching and small group discussion.

All sessions are recorded and shared with you within 48hrs, so if you miss a session you’re welcome to watch it at your convenience. You’ll have access to the recordings for 2 years, so if you really liked a session, you can go back to it again!

I’ve seen some amazing wins from the women in previous group cohorts! Everything from the really big stuff – landing a promotion, their first VP position, or even a CEO – to seemingly smaller but important changes like investing in self-care, advocating for oneself, or carving out time for strategic thinking and a daily walk.

To get the most out of the program, ensure you’re taking advantage of all of the resources and putting them into action! Come to all of the sessions live and participate in the discussions. If you’re unclear on how to implement something, ask! And finally, ensure to take what you’ve learned and create action in your day-to-day life based on it. The sessions are important, but implementing what you learn is where you’ll see the real transformation!

If you’re wondering whether you get your money back if you’re not a VP by the end of the program, the answer is no 😉 Part of success with this program is implementing the strategies we discuss and committing to doing the work. If you give this program your all and do the work during and outside of the sessions and feel it hasn’t made a positive impact, I will work with you to ensure you get the value you were expecting.

Yes! After the 12-week program wraps up, your support doesn’t end there. You’ll continue to have access to resources, coaching, and community. That means an entire year of ongoing guidance to help you apply what you’ve learned, tackle new challenges, and keep building momentum toward your goals.

Yes, I’ve had individual contributors join my program in the past but if you are an IC you should be fairly senior in your career to get the most out of this. If you’re looking to fast track your way to senior leadership, this may be for you. With that said, if your goal is to learn how to land your first people-manager position and lead a junior team, this may not be what you’re looking for.
