The sessions are all 2 hours.

A cohort can have up to 25 women. I facilitate small group discussions so each woman has an opportunity to share challenges and wins and get to know each other.

All sessions are recorded and shared with you within 48hrs, so if you miss a session you’re welcome to watch it at your convenience. You’ll have access to the recordings for 2 years, so if you really liked a session, you can go back to it again!

I’ve seen some amazing wins from the women in previous group cohorts! Everything from the really big stuff – landing a promotion, their first VP position, or even a CEO – to seemingly smaller but important changes like investing in self-care, advocating for oneself, or carving out time for strategic thinking and a daily walk.

To get the most out of the program, ensure you’re taking advantage of all of the resources and putting them into action! Come to all of the sessions live and participate in the discussions. If you’re unclear on how to implement something, ask! And finally, ensure to take what you’ve learned and create action in your day-to-day life based on it. The sessions are important, but implementing what you learn is where you’ll see the real transformation!

If you’re wondering whether you get your money back if you’re not a VP by the end of the program, the answer is no 😉 Part of success with this program is implementing the strategies we discuss and committing to doing the work. Yes, I’ve had individual contributors join my program in the past but if you are an IC you should be fairly senior in your career to get the most out of this. If you’re looking to fast track your way to senior leadership, this may be for you. With that said, if your goal is to learn how to land your first people-manager position and lead a junior team, this may not be what you’re looking for.
