Insights to Action Coaching & Consulting

Coaching Program Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in any coaching program, session, or service (the “Program”) offered by Insights to Action Coaching & Consulting (the “Company”), you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Coaching Relationship

The Participant acknowledges that coaching services are not psychological therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or any form of counseling or clinical service. The Company does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Coaching is designed to support personal and professional development, and Participants are responsible for seeking independent professional guidance where appropriate.

3. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By enrolling, the Participant confirms that they meet these requirements.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans, if offered, must be honored according to the agreed schedule. Any payment not received by the due date may result in suspension or termination of access to sessions and materials.

Except as expressly provided herein, all fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Participants must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of that session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions expire according to the Program duration specified at enrollment.

6. Refund Policy

  • 6.a. 48-Hour Buyer’s Remorse Period: Participants may request a 100% refund within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, provided that:
  • The Program has not commenced; and
  • The Participant has not accessed, downloaded, or viewed any Program materials.  If any materials have been accessed during this 48-hour period, Section 6.c. below applies.
  • 6.b. Cancellation Prior to Program Commencement: Participants who cancel fourteen (14) or more days prior to the scheduled Program commencement date may receive a refund of the Program fee less a ten percent (10%) administrative fee.  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • 6.c. Access to Materials:  If, at any time prior to Program commencement, the Participant accesses, downloads, views, or receives any proprietary Program materials, any refund issued shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total Program fee, regardless of timing.  The Company reserves sole discretion in determining whether materials have been accessed.
  • 6.d. No Refund After Program Commencement:  Once the Program has commenced (including the first live session, release of structured content, or official start date — whichever occurs first), all payments become non-refundable.
  • 6.e. Payment Plans:  If a Participant elects a payment plan, they remain responsible for the full Program fee. Failure to complete installment payments does not cancel the obligation to pay the remaining balance.
  • 6.f.  Company Cancellation:  If the Company cancels the Program in its entirety prior to commencement, a full refund will be issued.
  • 6.g. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team by email at hello@insightstoactioncc.com. Provide your registration details, including your name, program start date, and explain the reason for your cancellation. We will guide you through the refund process.
  • 6.h. Refund Processing:  Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your registration.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to attend sessions punctually, complete assigned work where applicable, and take full responsibility for their own decisions, actions, and results. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in the Program.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to behave respectfully and professionally during all sessions and communications. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to terminate participation for violations of this Code of Conduct without refund.

9. Confidentiality

The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during sessions, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm to the Participant or others.

Participants agree not to disclose confidential information shared by other participants in any group setting.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, worksheets, videos, and content provided as part of the Program are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

The Company collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the Program. The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for the Program.

13. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s access to the Program at its discretion for breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to attempt mediation in the governing jurisdiction before pursuing litigation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

16. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the Program after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and the Company regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
