I’m well networked and have built amazing relationships across multiple departments and with key stakeholders.

Every time! I have no problem convincing people to go along with my ideas.
Occasionally, but I’m often shot down when I propose something new, even though I know it’s a great idea.

I’m known to freak out. Let’s just say I’m ‘passionate’ and my family knows to avoid me on these days.
Cool as a cucumber. I’m known as the ‘calm in the storm’ when things blow up at work because I can go into problem-solving mode without losing my cool.
I try not to show my stress to my co-workers, but inside I’m losing it and they can often tell I’m upset.

Lots of meetings, but I always have time for strategic work and breaks.
My day is well structured: strategic thinking time, creative work and only essential meetings. I always take a lunch hour walk.
I’m running from meeting to meeting all day and grabbing a quick lunch at my desk - by the end of the day my head is spinning.
